Care and Cleaning

ROUTINE CARE WILL KEEP YOUR RUG LOOKING NEW & LASTING LONGER

Generally we recommend to vacuum your rug gently on a weekly basis to remove any surface dirt and dust. Rotate your rug frequently to avoid any bleaching from prolonged sun exposure.

Commonly wool rugs go through a period of ‘shedding’, this is when the fibres come away from the rug and can last up to 16 weeks. This is a natural feature (not a manufacturers fault). To help with this we recommend to vacuum gently with a nozzle attachment.

Extra care should be taken when looking after your wool rug, spillages should be cleaned immediately, avoid over-wetting.
